Our Story

Frankel Technology Services grew out of a simple observation: most organisations were receiving technology advice from vendors who had a financial interest in the outcome. The result was environments built around products rather than problems — complex, expensive, and rarely aligned with the business they were supposed to support.

We set out to change that. As a department of Frankel, LLC, we operate with the independence and accountability of a trusted advisor. We are not paid to recommend specific products. We are paid to help you make the best technology decisions for your organisation — and then to help you execute them.
